Trying to get your monthly prescription is harder than looking for hens teeth.
Each month gets worse than the previous month with delays in receiving medication, to ridiculous excuses as to why your script has not been sent.
apologies do not help when one sits without cruial medication for 10 days.

I've been a client of Chronicare for the last year and always had excellent service. Can not understand what went wrong, the past two months I have phoned numerous times, phones just ring, nobody calls you back ..........

every month I have to phone them to send my order and it is usually overdue, incorrect or incomplete.
I get put on hold forever and the attitude of the staff is appauling.
