I have on numerous occasions had to activate sms activation, internet banking activation etc. as required by Nedbank for services. After going to this branch to do so, I still find after going back online to do online banking, that the activation was never done. I have been doing business at Lifestyle Centre Nedbank since it opened and have never been assisted properly. They might as well close their doors. I am going to take my money elsewhere! Who has time to run to the branch up and down because of their incompetence. Anetta from Lifestyle Centre Nedbank even refused to assist me on the phone saying inquiries should handle the call. She was the one who "assisted" me and I believe she is a supervisor. Let's see if I get a call back from them....
