when purchasing a cell phone i was given vouchers valid for hi fi corporation. bought a dvd player/recorder. its been back 3 times in less than a year... when do i qualify for a new item or credit???? no-one phones/contacts you after the initial sms . you stay on hold for forever and cut off most times when trying to follow up on the repair.. i've now been told i don't qualify for a new units.. how many more time must i pay for someone to install/uninstall this unit. how many more times must i drive to woodmead to get it fixed?????? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER....
