To attend this workshop your business must be a small to medium sized business based in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Cherwell and Aylesbury Vale. Level: Beginner / Intermediate Outline of the workshop: The workshop is to introduce key financial concepts, demystify the terminology, and build confidence. It is a highly practical session that emphasises the importance of sound finance to every business and where to get help. It also explains the merit of an SME following the ‘high road’ when setting prices. The Wishing Bridge Brush Party - Bicester


Come to 'The Wishing Bridge' Brush Party at The Angel in Bicester on the 20th June 2018. It’s all about fun! Get yourself a drink from the bar, settle down to your canvas and unleash your inner Van Gogh! It doesn’t matter if you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school, our artist will walk you through creating your masterpiece. You’ll be delighted as your blank canvas transforms in only a few hours, made all the better by a glass of wine or two! You don’t need to bring anything apart from yourself, we provide everything... A 16” x 16” quality canvas, all the paint you need, brushes, aprons, music and the environment for you to have a great night out. We are not sticklers, we are all for you mixing it up a bit… If you feel confident, you can interpret our instruction any way you wish… Maybe you’d like to change the colours to suit your décor? We love it when you go ‘rogue’ – we might even learn a thing or two! The event starts at 7.00pm but please arrive about 15 minutes early to get your seat and any drinks you may want etc. Our evenings usually last about 3 hours but times may vary. Although we provide aprons, it might be worth wearing old clothes (just in case). We look forward to seeing you there. Please do note that a Brush Party isn’t a traditional art class - music is played throughout the event! Your ticket price does not include food or drinks. One Night of Queen at the Shipston Proms


A very special event for the 20th Shipston Proms One Night with Queen performed by Gary Mullen and the Works. In 2000, Gary Mullen won ITV’s Stars In Their Eyes Live Grand Final, with the largest number of votes ever received in the shows history. The record of 864,838 votes was more than twice that of the runner-up. Gary began touring on his own and in 2002 formed a band The Works, to pay tribute to rock legends Queen. Since May 2002, Gary Mullen and the Works have performed throughout the UK, USA, Europe, South Africa and New Zealand to sell-out audiences. The outfit have also twice rocked the prestigious BBC Proms in the Park, in front of a very enthusiastic crowd of 40,000. One Night of Queen is a spectacular live concert, recreating the look, sound, pomp and showmanship of arguably the greatest rock band of all time. This show will ROCK you! Buy your tickets now so you can be there! Tickets are limited and it's going to be one of One Night with Queen's more intimate evenings.
