Arrive at Yours Business Networks around 07:30 and network for 20-25 minutes, after a fifteen-minute talk, back into the business lounge for another 20-25 minutes or so of networking. Many people choose to stay much longer and are more than welcome to continue chatting and developing new contacts. What are the rules? None - We don't ask people to introduce themselves or deliver an elevator pitch and no-one has to provide referrals or ensure that they attend each week. No booking 1-2-1s either. Who's it for? Business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, start-ups, young businesses and anyone who wants to connect and engage with other businesses in King's Lynn and West Norfolk. Sandringham Food and Drink Festival - August 4th & 5th Sandringham Estate, Sandringham, PE35 6EN A line up of top quality celebrity chefs included for 2018 Levi Roots,and Ursula Ferrigno (Saturday) and Matt Tebbutt, Phil Vickery and Chantelle Nicholson on the Sunday. As well as our main stage at the Sandringham Food Festival, where our celebrity chefs will be demonstrating throughout the day, hosted by the inimitable Mark Lloyd, we also have the Food Roadshow stage, where we have a further line-up of chefs for you to watch , enjoy and learn from. We also have live music from a number of local bands and artists, again playing throughout the day for your enjoyment on the designated music stage.  This is situated in the middle of our piazza area, where you can relax and buy food from around the world, or from local producers around the corner, and maybe even try some of the real ales from our Real Ale Marquee, where we have  a large variety of local breweries from the East Anglian area. You may want to take advantage of our unique Fruit De Mer restaurant, where you can enjoy a huge and delicious seafood platter, fresh from the sea. Serving is at 13:00 hrs and seating is 15 minutes before serving. Tickets for the Fruit De Mer are limed and it is advised that you book in andvance, please note ticket price is for meal only and admission to the show is separate.  There is family entertainment, with workshops for all ages, the infamous Bushtucker Challenge, and for the young (and the young and heart) we also have the ever popular Puppet shows, as well as other childrens amusements. The huge food halls at Sandringham Food Festival are just a part of our food festival – but it’s always good to go home with something, and with a try before you buy policy on a lot of the stands, you are sure to enjoy the shopping experience.

They are a community who share best practices and inspire excellence through teaching with Apple technology. Being selected as an Apple Regional Training Centre highlights our commitment to facilitating training for teachers to develop skills and build confidence to use Apple technology in the classroom.  Apple Regional Training Centres create a community to share best practice and support teaching staff to attain Apple Teacher status, a professional learning programme designed to support and celebrate educators. Teachers from across the region can attend courses to build their knowledge and skills using technology in the classroom and earn badges to achieve their Apple Teacher recognition. Across the UK and Ireland, the goals of all Apple Regional Training Centres are to: • facilitate training opportunities for teachers to develop skills using Apple technology in the classroom • promote Apple in Education and share new products and innovations with educators • build Apple Teacher across the region • share best practices, build community and inspire excellence. Henning Wehn: Get On With It


Henning Wehn is back at the De La Warr Pavilion in November 2018 with brand new show! You couldn't make it up; surely the German Comedy Ambassador Henning Wehn hasn't bosched out yet another new show? And what's he still doing here anyway? Well, his lack of transferable skills is what keeps him here and his belief that practise makes perfect is what keeps him going. This show is a much needed call to arms. Listen, everyone: stop pondering and hand-wringing. Instead get on your bike and put your face to the grindstone! RECOUP Plastics Recycling Conference 2018


The RECOUP Plastics Recycling Conference is becoming the not to be missed event within the plastics recycling value chain.  The event normally sees around 300 delegates attending and is unique in its ability to draw together stakeholders, NGOs, Local and National Government bodies and companies with business interests within plastics recycling to network and share best practice. The Conference attendance remains FREE to members (please contact the RECOUP Team if you are interested in becoming RECOUP members).  There is a small charge for non-members to cover the costs of refreshments (please note lunch is provided).  There are opportunities for members to exhibit FREE and non-members exhibiting costs include one Conference delegate place (any additional attendees need to be registered and paid for under the standard delegate rate). Meditation and Mindfulness Day Workshop in March, Cambs


Becoming a Friend of the World Developing unconditional love and compassion for all living beings is the heart of Buddhist practice.  If we truly understand how all living beings wish to be happy and free from suffering, we will come to understand how we can benefit them by developing this strong and beautiful mind of compassion. General information Everyone is welcome to attend and no experience of meditation is needed. The course comprises three one-hour sessions with a chance to ask questions and browse our book shop during the breaks. Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how reduce depression, anxiety, worry, stress and tension. And how to increase self-esteem, confidence, and inner good qualities. Meditation and mindfulness helps us to relax, find inner peace and be happier. Mental and physical well-being is improved as well as gaining a more positive outlook on life and better relationships. The workshop will be taught by our experienced meditation teacher, Sue Leeks, who has been practising and teaching meditation for over 16 years.  Seating is on chairs and no special clothing is required. We regret that the workshop is upstairs and has no disabled access. There is a large free public car park behind March Podiatry Practice. Registration is open from 10.15am.
