French Conversation Club Newquay (Intermediate)


A local conversation club in a friendly atmosphere... Grab a drink and a cake, learn and practise your French with a fun French native and like-minded people :-) Choukette is a lovely French Patisserie and cafe with a children's play area, so feel free to bring your baby or toddler along, they can play while we chat! This is a taster session at discounted rate of £5.82. After the session, you will have the opportunity to book your 5 week course at £10 a session, on a first come, first served basis! Bodmin Jail Ghost Hunt ( Cornwall)- £40 P/P


The jail is reputedly haunted by a number of ghostly guests, Eerie sound of footsteps and rattling keys are accompanied by inexplicable voices and misty figures often seen roaming on balconies and cells high above.Terrifying things also happen in and around the condemned cell; noises, ghostly shaped and footsteps.Come and join us on this spooky ghost hunt at one of the most haunted and terrifying places in the UK. Looe Music Festival 2018


The dates for the 2018 event are 21st September to 23rd September. It's a unique and magical event which simply defies description ... you'll just have to experience it in person.  Please read ticket terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. Looe Music Festival operates a strict 'no refunds' policy on tickets, as published on the Looe Music Festival website: http://www.looemusic.co.uk/ticket-terms-and-conditions.  Visiting Looe Music Festival is easy - parking is simple, accommodation is plentify and festival shuttle buses cover the area between Polperro, the local holiday parks and town. Simply buy your festival tickets (with or without festival camping) and you're good to go. If you don't fancy festival camping (or want to pick your own campsite) you can book direct with the accommodation provider. You can sleep in comfort in static caravans, guest houses, B&Bs, hotels, yurts, pods, apartments or holiday cottages. All tickets are subject to a booking fee. Take time off in Looe!

Eden Art's Festival- Arts and Nature Weekend


Back by popular demand, and spanning two fantastic weekends, is Eden Project’s second, annual Arts and Nature Festival. An immersive and inspirational weekend is assured on 22 – 23 September. Come and celebrate the connections between art, science and nature through exhibitions, theatre, music, dance and creative workshops. This weekend, surrounded by the most stunning setting, you can enjoy performances from 10 Steps to Happiness, recently performed at Brighton Fringe Festival, as well as Bottled Up, seen at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Immersive yourself in folk music from one of Britain’s leading musicians, Ange Hardy.   All activities are free with Eden admission.
