Mind Body Soul

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience. The Bhagavad Gita, a 5000 year old book followed by millions in the east and the source of all yoga, tells us that our biggest enemy is the mind and our identification with it. For one who has conquered his mind it becomes his best friend. And for one who doesn't, it remains his greatest enemy. Mind Body Soul is your mid-week pause. These Wednesday evening events will keep you inspired and help you spiritualise your thinking and lifestyle. You don't need to change much, just your perspective and a little bit of your lifestyle. You'll see how a little bit of meditation, some understanding of the philosophy, and some spiritual practices will change your life for the better. Everyday life will become much easier and enjoyable, and you will develop traits that will enhance your character, relationships and feelings. A must go to event! Entry £5, first time FREE
