Spiritual Prayers For Lost Love Prayer Binding, Attraction Spiritual Prayers And More By Calling/Whatsapp Mama Angel +27671811476 In Johannesburg Pretoria

When my husband left me for another lady I was so hurt and I used to cry every day. Whenever I could miss him I could just close my bedroom and cry because I never wanted my kids to see me crying. It was tough times to endure the stress and at work, I could not perform well being a nurse I work with many people but I could be moody and could even lose tempers for small things my colleagues complained and I signed many warning before the matron. I tried so much to move on but it was hard I love my husband sometimes I could see him in my dreams wake up thinking he would come but nothing, I used to SMS him but no response calling him he never picked my calls and finally blocked all my numbers not even to support the kids. many times I tried to talk to his family and friends they tried their best but he had completely changed and he regarded everyone as a stranger kept a deaf ear on everyone who tried to talk to him. I resorted to sangomas and spell casters but not even at one time did I see a change. I started drinking alcohol because I couldn't handle the stress but as you all know once you are drunk you are out of stress it could be worse once the alcohol is out. I can't forget the day I came back home and our firstborn asked me where is Daddy I miss him a lot why he is no longer coming home I never gave a right answer I went in the bedroom started crying at this time. I thought a lot of bad things but again because I loved my kids I knew I had to be strong because it was my role to play as a mother. I phoned one family friend she is such a darling to me and she gave me a number of Mama Angel +27671811476 she said she had helped her two years ago I had lost all my trust in everyone but she strengthened me and gave me the go-ahead to try Mama Angel +27671811476. I thought about it with all my heart and finally decided to contact Mama I made everything known to her and she said that we had a future with my husband and we are compatible but the lady had used something on my man which had diverted his feelings away from not only me but also from the whole family. I was so angry at this point and I asked how-how was possible to get him back. mama angel assured me that I would get my happiness back in three days Before I begun the prayer with Mama Angel +27671811476 and sent her my info with that of my husband then I was given the instructions of the prayers we did together over the phone and after the fast day my husband texted me saying hi it was not a big message but I was so happy for that small massage I never replied though and after 48 hours of the prayer my husband came home I was not home by that time I was by neighbors I heard the car hooting and rushed to see who was it. He asked me to sit in the car we talked he was so romantic and he asked my forgiveness since then our lives have been progressing both in relationships and finances. I have written my story to tell everyone who may be in tears that I was like that before. If you can contact Mama Angel +27671811476 you will get help. Thank you, mama, you can contact Mama Angel +27671811476 you will get help. Thank you, mama

Flow Optimization and Kanban Cadences-Advanced Kanban Management Method (KMP II) NY/NJ

“Flow Optimization and Kanban Cadences – Advanced Kanban Management Method (KMP II)”, a two-day training, systematically builds upon the foundations established in “Kanban System Design – A System Thinking Approach to Evolutionary Change (KMP I)” or your existing Kanban knowledge. By focusing on the complex demands of a multi-teamed organization, we explore how to keep momentum beyond initial improvements realized from a successful Kanban implementation. We address the need to ensure that better products and services lead to higher customer satisfaction and business performance through the sound management and understanding of the seven cadences offered by Kanban. This course provides the essential tools to those wanting to grow a learning organization and leverage the many services which connect and interact. After these two days, you will uncover the potential still hidden in your system, even if you are currently using Kanban successfully. You will learn about the techniques which can be used to achieve the full-potential of your Kanban system.   In this advanced Kanban training, we work on scaling, prioritizing and forecasting—those themes which need a system that has been in place for a while and has somewhat matured.   Forecasting “When will the work be finished?” and “How much work can we deliver in each time-frame?” are two questions which you will be able to answer in the future with accurate predictability instead of just estimating an answer.    Prioritizing Are you at the point where the WIP limit isn’t being maintained because suddenly everything has top priority? Classical prioritization often causes more problems than it solves. We examine an economically reasonable and resilient method for prioritization: Cost of Delay.   Scaling With the third theme, scaling, we focus on answering the following question: How do you best coordinate a Kanban system over different hierarchical and functional levels of a company, so that they are integrated and networked into a whole system?   What You Will Learn   ØDeeper Kanban practices to sustain evolutionary improvements ØFitness for purpose metrics ØHow to fight emotional objections to WIP limit introduction ØPractice Kanban as a robust blueprint for real-world change management scenarios ØCompile Kanban strategies to sustain and scale evolutionary improvements in your organization ØEnabled by 7 Kanban cadences, apply a tactical approach to organizational feedback loops in common areas, including: ØOperations Review ØService Delivery Review ØRisk Review   ØAccurately predict when your work will be finished. ØMake prioritization decisions based on economic factors instead of hunches. ØScale your Kanban system to generate more value for your company. ØImplement the most important advanced flow concepts in your daily work. ØForecasts for single work items ØForecasts for several work items (e.g. Releases, Sprints) ØSequencing and Scheduling ØManaging Risk ØGain hands-on learning with an enterprise-level Kanban case study   Course Agenda   Day 1:   ØReview and explore the motivations for the Kanban method ØExamine and recognize emotional objections to WIP limit introduction ØAssess and interpret the Kanban value system, commitment and replenishment ØInvestigate Kanban at scale, understanding the organization as a network of services ØIntroducing an enterprise-level Kanban case study   Day 2:   ØIdentify an evolutionary approach to change management ØInvestigate Fitness for purpose, KPIs, and metrics ØImplement organizational feedback loops with Kanban cadences ØFurther analyze an enterprise-level Kanban case study   Who Should Attend   The ideal participants of this class are those seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the benefits of applying Kanban to their existing workflows.   This course serves those who take responsibility for establishing, managing and/or improving delivery of products and services to customers of professional service businesses. Developers, Project Managers, Testers, CXOs, Engineers, QA Team Members, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Process Improvement Coaches, Stakeholders, and Sponsors.   Certification Kanban Management Professional Certification - Successful completion of both the KMP I and KMP II class will result in certification as a Kanban Management Professional (KMP) from Lean Kanban University®, the only credible certification authority on Lean Kanban.   Additionally, after completing KMP I & KMP II,  you will earn a Kanban Management Professional® (KMP) credential certificate accompanied by the KMP Badge.    The KMP designation has no recurring fees or annual requirements. It is valid for life! No Exam Required.   Prerequisites   Prior to the training, it is recommended to read one of these two books:  ؠKanban by David J. Anderson ؠKanban from the Inside by Mike Burrows To attend the KMP II class, you will first need to complete the 2-day, KMP I class.  Advantages ØLean Kanban University's certified training curriculum and teaching methods were created through collaboration of leading experts and validated in hundreds of training classes around the world. Kanban System Design–A System Thinking Approach to Evolutionary Change (KMP I) NY/NJ

Are you struggling with implementing Agile in your organization? Is the change too prescriptive? Are your teams overburdened and less productive but still too resistant for a revolutionary change?  Choose the “Alternative Path to Agility” and implement an evolutionary and humane Change Management Method which doesn’t change your process but improves it.  The Kanban Method provides pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance for successful evolutionary change. It starts with what you do now and respects current roles, responsibilities and job titles. This allows organizations to evolve business processes gradually, define and use relevant metrics to measure progress, and significantly reduce the risk associated with complex change programs. About the Course Kanban is a management method that improves the provision of all kinds of services (in and outside IT). In the process, improvements are accelerated and the business is continuously developed in small steps to provide the services to the purpose and to be adaptable.  As an alternative way to agility or as the next development step for mature agile teams, Kanban is currently receiving a lot of attention and is successfully used in more and more companies. The application is not restricted to software development, but is possible wherever people work jointly.  As a participant, you will learn the basic recipes (principles, practices, values) of the Kanban method. In a simulation, these are then applied and deepened. You will also learn how to best start Kanban with your own organization in a best practice, or to effectively improve existing kanban systems. The course is very interactive with a mixture of simulation, mediation of concepts as well as exercises for reflection and transfer into the own working context. You can design elements of your own kanban system in rough strokes. The Kanban Systems Design [KMP1] lays the foundations of the Lean Kanban method teaching you the principles, practices and processes. This 2-day course is certified by the Lean Kanban University and has been put together by Lean Kanban experts and leaders including David J. Anderson and Mike Burrows.  Curriculum: The course follows the official LKU Certified Kanban syllabus. During the two days, you will have ample opportunities to discuss and experience the following topics:  Day 1:   Meet and Experience Kanban ؠFull simulation using the getKanban game Definition of Kanban ؠFoundational Principles (Change Management and Service Delivery)  ؠCore Practices ؠThe Kanban Lens ؠThe Kanban Values ؠService orientation Understanding Kanban ؠVisualisation ؠPull-Based Systems ؠCommitment in Kanban ؠReplenishment and Planning ؠDelivery of Products ؠLead and End-to-End Cycle Times ؠLittle’s Law ؠCumulative Flow Diagrams ؠFlow Efficiency ؠMetrics in Kanban Systems  Day 2:  Introduce Kanban Review of a case study as well as practical work with examples of the participants in the design of a Kanban system based on the System Thinking Approach to Implementing Kanban:   Implementing Kanban ؠSTATIK - Systems Thinking Approach to Implementing Kanban ؠUnderstanding Sources of Variability ؠIdentifying Opportunities to Improve ؠAnalyzing Demand and Capability ؠModelling Workflow ؠDesigning a Kanban System ؠWork Item Types ؠClasses of Service ؠMotives for change Kanban Board Design  ؠDesigning Kanban Ticket ؠExamples of Visual Kanban Boards   Kanban Simulation The course will familiarize students with these concepts through a sophisticated simulation of a Kanban System. Students will be challenged to develop, refine, and utilize their own Kanban to drive decisions and facilitate performance improvements. Learning will be very interactive and hands-on.  Who Should Attend? Kanban works across multiple functions of an organization, from senior members of staff looking to adopt Lean Management to members of delivery teams willing to improve their working practices. Previous KMP1 attendees have been in roles such as: ؠSenior Managers ؠProgram and Project Managers ؠProduct Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts ؠScrum Masters, Team Leads and Change Agents ؠProduct & Software Developers & Testers ؠAgile Coaches & Practitioners (Scrum, XP, DSDM, AgilePM, etc.) ؠOther roles such as HR and Finance professionals  Certification Participants will receive a KMP1 certificate of course completion from Lean Kanban University (LKU) as well as membership of LKU. The Certificate is for lifetime and doesn’t need to be renewed. Project Management Institute (PMI): 16 PDUs (Professional Development Units).  Advantages ؠLean Kanban University's certified training curriculum and teaching methods were created through collaboration of leading experts and validated in hundreds of training classes around the world. ؠYou get pragmatic, actionable guidance you can implement in your organization next week - because it doesn't require permission, a large budget or getting others to change. ؠYou will receive training from an Accredited Kanban Trainer, who has experience teaching and coaching Kanban within several organizations. ؠProfile listing on the Lean-Kanban University (LKU) alumni page. ؠPrivate on-site and semi-private training classes are also available, upon request.   Cancellations & Refunds Substitutions are accepted at any time.
