East Village Pub Crawl

★ All ticket holders agree to the PCNY Terms of Use. Meeting location and detailed instructions confirmed after booking, and via email. ★ Q: Why is the starting location confidential? A: This is for both quality control and crowd control. NYC bars can easily become over-crowded so meeting details are only provided to confirmed bookings. Q: But is it close to my hotel? A: Probably. The East & West Village are very famous neighborhoods in Manhattan. No worries: all crawls begin and end within a couple blocks of major subway lines that run 24 hours a day, and also in high traffic areas with plenty of taxi cabs available all hours of the day & night.   Q: What does my $20 get me? A: Admission to the #1 weekly party in New York CIty featuring: 4 of NYC's greatest hot-spots, free drinks & drink specials, 100% free admissions, like-minded people, an awesome team of party guides, and an unforgettable night out in NYC! Q: Is this good for solo travelers? A: Absolutely! It is very rare to not have solo travelers in attendance. Q: What are the bars like? A: Events begin in bars with a relatively calm atmosphere for registration & meet-and-greet, and then increase in intensity. Q: Is there transportation between the venues? A: No. All venues are within reasonable walking distance. Q: How many others will be attending? A: As many as we can fit, though we do have a limit.  Q: What time does the last venue close? A: 4:00 AM (and sometimes later). Q: What time do we arrive at the last venue? A: Approximately midnight. Q: How far do we walk between bars? A: The venues are very close to each other. About 3-5 minutes. Q: What if it is raining or snowing? ☂ A: Guests are encouraged to check the weather forecast beforehand, and prepare accordingly. Q: Can I arrive late to the event? A: We have a tight schedule to follow. Do arrive on time. Q: Is there a dress code? A: Neat fitting, trendy attire is good. No athletic shoes, hoodies, shorts, flip flops, tank tops, or baseball caps. PCNY is not responsible for denied admissions due to inappropriate attire. Q: What kind of free drinks/specials do we get? A: We receive exclusive "pub crawl only" drink deals that vary by location such as: complimentary drinks, a free shot with your drink, and buy one get one free drinks! Q: Is there an age restriction? A: You must be 21+ to enjoy this night out. Do bring ID, no matter your age. Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the event in order to be eligible for transfer or refund. Bookings created within 48 hours of an event are non-transferable/non-refundable.

The Art & Practice of Relaxation: Restoring Your Energy for Living

A THREE DAY IMMERSION RETREAT STRESS IS A BURDEN UPON BODY, MIND & SPIRIT.  It becomes a hidden antagonist to living, holding your true expression, sharings and creativity hostage to its antics. This inability to truly live your life arises when the core of your being is thrown off-kilter by life events.  It reflects a peculiar, anti-life disconnect that is active before any action or movement occurs.  As it persists, this uneasy, anxious stance becomes automatic, a subconscious response entangled within all that you do. THIS IS NOT HOW ANY LIFE SHOULD UNFOLD. Becoming aware of and releasing this anti-life mechanism and consciously starting fresh in every moment restores your energy for living.  Discovering what nurtures and heals this tension-produced disconnect/subconscious rift allows life to nourish rather than exhaust you.  Learning to do so is one of the True Arts of Living where proper use of the body mind and bodily wisdom unite.  Then stress upon body, mind and spirit relaxes, allowing your life to open to clarity, stillness and peace, the true platform for engaging living. A VARIETY OF GENTLE,  supportive individual & group activities, meditation, and moments of self-reflection provide a calming space for your relaxation into living and being you, and letting stress become a distant issue in your past. MID DAY BREAK + LUNCH + DINNER PROVIDED Delicious, nourishing meals & snacks will be served during your retreat. Our menu is prepared with simple, natural ingredients with an emphasis on health, flavor & balance. Each meal offers vegan and gluten free options and highlights organic and local produce whenever possible.  We take great care in serving a menu that is nutritious, tasty and also energetically balanced, to help enhance & support your retreat. DAYTIME ATTENDANCE-2 Lunches-1 Dinnerwith snacks provided in between OVERNIGHT STAYS-2 Breakfast-2 Lunches-1 Dinnerwith snacks provided in between   FAQs   What are my parking options at the event? Once you arrive at Grass Lake Sanctuary there will be signs and helpers that will direct you to free parking & registration.   What can I bring into the event? Refreshments, snacks and some meals are provided for the retreat. You're welcome to bring a refillable container for water.  We will provide a notepad/writing utensils, but you're welcome to bring your own.  What about lodging? For those traveling from out of town (or want a 3-4 night getaway) we offer a few options for accomodations & housing.  There are five cabins/bungalows with maximum capacity of 20 people.  Four people per cabin, but if you're coming solo we have a communal list you can sign up for.  Overnight stays in cabins/bungalows at Grass Lake Sanctuary are $100 total per night.  We've also compiled a list of local inns, motels & airbnbs. Please contact: Patty Hart, Lodging Coordinator 734-645-7251 or email
