Emotional Resilience - Course Overview Emotional Resilience is an essential skill that allows people to deal with pressurising situations at work by giving them the tools to reduce their stress levels. Work-related stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 11.3 million lost working days, this on average is 23 days per case.
