Upon arrival you will recieve a pint or schooner of beer, depending upon choice, you will then be taken on a walk through the history of the building and the process of brewing, from raw ingredients to packaging the final product. At the end there will be some samples for everyone to enjoy as well as a gift pack of 4 beers. Over 18's will only receive a alcohol. Soft drinks will be provided for under 18's. You may be asked for I.D. Under 18's must be accompanied accompanied by an adult.

Connect and Share


Connect and Share is back!! Our batteries have been recharged in the glorious sunshine and we are ready for another series of fantastic networking events. We have listened to feedback provided by our regular visitors and we’ve decided to change it up a little bit. Still operating fortnightly, however every second event we have guest speakers and topical discussions which will be called “Share” Events. With the usual format of Connect and Share being called “Connect” Events. Emergency First Aid at Work (With Profound and Multiple Disabilities Specific Information) -Dundee (January 2019)


Join us on the 22nd of January 2019 at PAMIS Head Office in Dundee for Emergency First Aid at Work (With Profound and Multiple Disabilities Specific Information) This is a one day course. The course is the accredited Emergency First Aid at Work course, and as such stands on it's own. The PMLD element comes into adapting first aid to the particular needs of people who have a PMLD, so we pay additional regard to CPR when someone has a compromised body shape, epilepsy management, postural care, and airway management.  You will gain an award in Emergency First Aid at Work at SCQF Level 6. You will also receive AED training- Automated External Defibrilator.  A range of subjects are covered including:Responsibilities and reportingAssessment of the situationDealing with an unresponsive casualtyBasic hygiene in First AidBurnsEpilepsyResuscitationAnatomyMinor injuriesBleeding controlChokingShock Specialist input to include the needs of people who have profound and multiple disabilities and complex health needs. You will apply the Healthy Streets Approach to a Dundee street to idneitfy what would be the best thing you could do to make that street healthier. Engaging with communities in active travel projects, Planning Aid Scotland A peer to peer learning session on how others have involved the community with their infrastructure projects, the benefits this has given them and how they overcame challenges.
