Gin lovers and the ‘ginterested’- join us for a 90 minute deep dive into the Silent Pool Distillers’ gin experience. We’ll begin by talking about how we came to exist as well as telling the story of the Silent Pool. We will talk about the history of Gin, where it came from and why it is so popular today. Next, we will tell you what makes our Gin so special, covering the 4 different methods of production, talk about each botanical we use and why, even sampling as we go.
