Wild Workout - Taster Session


Do you want to get fit, strong and powerful? Do you believe that there is more to fitness than calorie counting? The Wild Workout will introduce you to a holistic way of training your body. Build your strength, stamina, mobility and flexibility, correct and strengthen your posture, even become a better, stronger, more agile runner if that is what you wish. Move with confidence, strength and poise through Wild Movements.    FITNESS LEVEL The event is mainly for beginner and intermediate fitness level. You can run at a slow pace for 10 min without stopping, which will be part of our warm up. Everything else is tailored for different fitness levels so that everyone gets the most out of the event.   PREPARE FOR THE DAY Nature is full of surprises so we need to be prepared. Here is a list of recommended kit: – good grip shoes (off road) – beanie hat if it's cold – base layer top – gloves (preferably fingerless) if you think you may need them; we will touch the ground. – rain jacket (which you can easily put into a back pack, no tying around the waist allowed) – scarf neck / fleece snood – small back pack with straps and buckle so you can run with it – head torch - with winter coming it is still dark when we hvae our ealy morning sessions. If you have a head torch bring it with you, if not let your coach know. you don't have one the day before the session. Move Wild Taster Session


MoveWild fitness is the outdoors fitness training which involves trail running and running technique, crawling, jumping, hanging, balancing, lifting, carrying. We pay close attention to the technical aspects of movement and place emphasis on correct biomechanics. The low impact of MoveWild training helps to: - Reduce risk of injuries associated with poor technique and biomechanics- Increase confidence running on trails and muddy, slippery terrain- Increase upper body, lower body and core strength- Improve flexibility, mobility and balance - Develop agility and coordination- Enhances body awareness and postureThe MoveWild training is for you if you like the outdoors, to experience new forms of training and want to get fitter, stronger and more confident. If you have signed up for or considering signing up for obstacle courses this training is ideal for you. You will learn how to safely and effectively negotiate obstacles to finish your run with a smile and a medal. From training your upper body to smashing those monkey bars, learning the crawling techniques to go under and jump over obstacles, running on mud with less risk of injuries and cross obstacles on a rope (the monkey traverse!). You will be in shape to conquer your goals in no time.

Haywards Heath Wellbeing Group (Tai Chi and relaxation)


Wellbeing group - tai chi/ Qi gong and relaxation (guided visualisation) for all fitness levels. Complete beginners welcome. £6 drop in. Bring yoga mat or towel to like on and a blanket. Ye Ping Tsim is a qualified Bowen Therapist who is running these exercise classes to encourage good health and wellbeing for her clients. Tickets are valid for ANY TRX class at Bewbush for a period of 3 months from date of purchase. Tickets do not have to be used consecutively as long as they are used before the expiry date. You will still have to book your class as usual, bookings are on a first come first served basis. There are no refunds on online bookings or discount tickets. Discount code are not transferable, they will be individual to you ( NAME8 for example ) this will come up on the system so the name and discount code have to match. For the duration of your discount code you will also receive a second code for 10% discount on Pay & Play and Bootcamps at Obstacle Play Park. This does not include discount tickets.

Horsham Run Fit - Social Run


Horsham Run Fit is an All Inclusive, All ability and fun Running Fitness club.  This session is the Launch of Horsham Run Fit, where we hope to see many people come together regardless of age, weight or fitness ability to take part in a social gentle run / jog or walk.   We will meet twice a week and each session will either consist of running or basic Cardio sessions that aim to promote running fitness. The first session is FREE to attend.  Further sessions are FREE to members and just £1 for non members. We will meet at the bandstand in Horsham Park, next to The Conservatory Cafe.
