Wednesday 21st January 2019 (7.00pm - 9.00pm)  Workshop 1(Handling & Passing) – This is an interactive indoor workshop (Hall/Gym) where coaches will be taken through the coaching points of various handling/passing skills. At the end of this session the coaches will know the coaching points and be able to coach through drills/games using a number of progressions. Wednesday 4th February 2019 (7.00pm - 9.00pm)  Workshop 2 (Tackling and Evasion) - This is an interactive indoor workshop (Hall/Gym) where coaches will be taken through the coaching points of various tackling/evasion skills. At the end of this session the coaches will know the coaching points of various tackling and evasion skills and be able to coach these through drills/games using a number of progressions. Wednesday 25th February 2019 (7.00pm - 9.00pm) Only Coaches that attend Workshops 1 & 2 can attend Workshop 3Optional Workshop 3(Coaching the Coaches) – This is an interactive indoor workshop(Hall/Gym) where coaches who feel that they want to acquire the skills to pass on their knowledge to fellow coaches will be taken through tutoring skills(theory) and get the opportunity to practise these skills with the rest of the group.
