Exeter Chiefs Question of Sport


Six of the Westcountry's top sporting stars will descend on Sandy Park to feature in a special 'Question of Sport' night on Thursday, 24th January. Based around the same successful workings of the hit BBC show, the stars will have their sporting knowledge tested during a series of fun-filled rounds that will be overseen by quizmaster Mark Tyler. The teams will be made up of two Exeter Chiefs players - Alex Cuthbert and Sam Simmonds, two Exeter City players - Jake Taylor and Pierce Sweeney, Somerset County Cricket's James Hildreth and Olympic Swimming Champion Liam Tancock. Tickets are £10, or £15 to include food on the evening and can be booked at www.sandypark.co.uk/book

Sandy Park Wedding Fair


Sandy Park's Spring Wedding Fair, in partnership with Debenhams and the Bridal House of Cornwall, will take place on Sunday, 12th May 2019. The Fair will be open between 10.00am and 2.00pm and brides-to-be can be inspired by some of the South West's best wedding suppliers who will be on hand to offer friendly, specialist advice on everything to make a Big Day special. Basepoint Exeter will be running our Networking Event on Thursday 24th January to local businesses in and around Devon. The free event which is regularly fully booked, is a great opportunity for informal networking and is usually attended by over 50 local business people. Guests will be treated to Tea and Coffee and a tasty buffet lunch supplied by Taste Catering, Exeter. The event will commence at 11.00am and will finish at approximately 1.00pm. Our speaker for this event is Kevin Burnham the founder of  The Workplace Wellness Company.  He will be discussing "Workplace Wellness - What is your Plan?"  Kevin helps businesses to focus on helping their team members improve their well being.  Through a focus on movement, diet, managing stress and sleeping better he runs training events, fitbit challenges and even group cycling events to help companies bring this to life. We look forward to welcoming Kevin as we all feel a bit sluggish after the festivities and the January Blues!
