Located directly on the beach at Point Salines, just off the airport road. The standard lunch menu includes local seafood and salads. The usual dinner menu includes callaloo cannelloni, pepper steak, and grilled lobster in season. Happy hour is from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, at the Bamboo Bar. Sunday nights feature a lobster barbecue. The restaurant is a member of the Grenada Hotel and Tourism Association and is managed by Ulrich Kuhn.
