Twafwane christian Community Care is a regstered community based organisation under the Zambian LawS. It is involved in HIV work in Mulenga compound of Kitwe in Zambia.
Currently it is implementing HIV prevention,Treatment care and support and HIV mitigation programmes in the above mentioned compound/
In prevention it carries out activities such mbilising pregnant women for Prevention of Mother to child transmission of HIV and making follow ups on the expecatant mothers and their babies after birth. Still
