Midweek Meditations | Sunrise

Sometimes life just seems a whole lot clearer after enjoying a sunrise. Combine that natural beauty with some gentle stretches, anxiety-relieving breathing techniques and a beautiful guided meditation - suddenly you have a balanced approach to the week ahead! Absolutely an early start, however to enjoy the most spectacular time of the day requires commitment. No one ever regrets watching a sunrise, and spending time healing, rejuvenating and restoring balance in your life will provide immediate assistance to your emotional outlook. We always enjoy beautiful company and invite you to join us for one, a couple - or all of the series. We offer discounts for multiple ticket purchases and when you bring your friends along. The events are suited for beginners, and return meditators will also enjoy the experience whilst improving their technique.  Optional meetup for coffee or breakfast afterwards. All ticket holders will be sent details of location including map and what to bring. Events are held in Wollongong area. FAQ's Do I need any specific experience? Absolutely not. Come with no experience and an open mind. The event is suitable for reduced mobility as the destination is not too difficult nor far, however please advise me in advance so we can chat and confirm details. What if I haven't meditated before? There are no pre-requisites and the activities are helpful to anyone. Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes, the event is suitable for +10 year olds and all adults (if you have younger children who think will benefit, please contact me to discuss) What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is very limited. Please carpool where possible. How can I contact the organiser with any questions? [email protected] Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No need to print your ticket, I can check you in without it. Save the paper! What if ticketholders need to cancel? Refunds are available up to 1 day before the event.  What if the weather is bad? If the weather is too dangerous or uncomfortable the event may be cancelled. All ticket holders will recieve a credit for future events, there are no refunds - however we allow transfers on tickets. All ticketholders will be advised prior to the event via email and through the Facebook event page. It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to check their email and event page on the day if the weather conditions may be an issue.
