2-day Master class: Changing the enterprise logic

The world is changing at relentless speed. We are transitioning from the information age–marked by analyzing and thinking – to the age of imagination, in which the sources of authority are more diffused, less hierarchical, and creativity and imagination are the primary creators of economic value. Turbulent times, indeed. It was Peter Drucker who warned us that “the greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday’s logic”.    The learning objectives During past decades we have developed certain understandings of doing business. However, changes in the environment force your organization to change its ‘dominant logic’ regarding the way value is created, and shift from a goods-dominant-logic to a service-dominant-logic. Why? Because when we buy goods, it’s not about the goods; not at all. It is about the benefits we gain from using them. These benefits are referred to as service. In the service-dominant-logic goods are merely the vehicles for service distribution. So, how does a shift towards service-dominant-logic materialize within your organization? A new paradigm not only means a shift in how value is created, it also means a shift in how we conceptualize organizations and the way leadership is enacted. How? That is what we will discover together during our 2-day master class on value innovation.  For whom? Entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs who have been active for a few years, regardless of the sector. Managers from different industries. In fact, people who understand that coping with today’s changes requires new levels of knowledge and adaptability.     Where, when & how Date  : October 16 + October 17, 2019* Number of participants : Max. 30 participants Number of facilitators : 2 Learning objectives :  Basic understanding of concepts Nature of master class : Participative  Instruction language : English Venue : Durban CBD, KZN Starting time :  Day 1: 10am-5pm | Day 2: 9am-5pm Food & Beverages : Lunch and beverages included Regular price : $999 (incl.
