Make your way to Planet Library each week to receive your mission commands and discover a fantastic selection of out-of-this-world books. Sessions last about 30 minutes each week through the school holidays. Children taking part in The Challenge will read six books over the course of the holidays, and help our super space family, The Rockets, as they track down books nabbed by mischievous aliens! Read every week this summer and get special rewards. The Summer Reading Challenge is FREE but is very popular. All space cadets must book their place in advance.  Summer Reading Challenge is organised by The Reading Agency, supported by Arts Council England. UFOs spotted! That’s Unidentified Fun Objects of course. Sign up to our bonus weekly ‘Space Craft’ for just £1 per session or £5 for all six. Space Craft will take place after each Summer Reading Challenge session. Make and take away a range of fun space-related arts and crafts.
