Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - Boston's Outdoor Cinema


As part of the 1940s event weekend in Boston, we will open the show with an outdoor cinema screening of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.  Walt Disneys first full length feature production from 1937: Snow White, pursued by a jealous queen, hides with the Dwarfs; the queen soon learns of this and prepares to feed her a poison apple. 100 early bird tickets are available at a reduced cost. Standard tickets will then be available, Adults £7: Children £5: Concessions £6 and a Family Ticket £21. These online tickets will be available to buy up to the day of the screening providing there is space available, on the gate tickets are £10 for adults, £8 children, £30 for a family ticket (2 adults/2children) an £9 concessions. This event is part of the 1940s weekend in Boston, subject to Boston Big Local Plan approval. Conditions of entry Under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children 18 months and under are free. You maybe required to prove your concession upon entry, failure to produce your proof could result in the additional payment to be made at full price. Gates will open at 5pm on the night, Film start time is 6.15pm.  There is no set seating, so you need to bring a blanket or chairs if you do not wish to sit on the grass. You can bring a picnic, snacks, food, etc; snacks, sweets and popcorn. No alcohol can be brought into this event, a bar will be available for you to purchase drinks when inside the screening. Bag and body searches may be carried out at the entrance. This is the only entry to the outdoor cinema event, please be patient. Recommended parking for attending the event is on Bargate Green PE21 6RU or Cattle Market PE21 6RX. We are hoping for a dry evening, but the screening will go ahead whatever the weather so please come prepared. In the unlikely event of severe bad weather/high winds the event could postponed. We will post on social media and text contact numbers provided at time of booking should the event be cancelled. Tickets will not be refunded for any other reason. No smoking is permitted within the park whilst the event is taking place and no pets are allowed.

Lincolnshire Governor Partnership Meeting Summer 2019: Boston


As last year, Lincolnshire County Council are offering all governors the opportunity to  attend our termly update meetings. These sessions are designed to ensure that governors have key information that has also been shared with your school leadership teams, including  information regarding all new initiatives and up-to-date Ofsted requirements. Dambusters - Boston's Outdoor Cinema


As part of the 1940s event weekend in Boston, we will open the show with an outdoor cinema screening of Dambusters. The British are desperate to shorten the length of WW2 and propose a daring raid to smash Germany's industrial heart. At first the objective looks impossible until a British scientist invents an ingenious weapon capable of destroying the planned target. This event is part of the 1940s event weekend in Boston, funded by Boston Big Local.
