Mum & Child Coaching in Guildford

Constantly spinning lots of plates can leave mums feeling exhausted. I work with mums who are ready to explore fresh possibilities and create systems of success for themselves and family. You’ll feel more confident as a mum and soon see a change in your children. 1:1, Workshop and Webinars. Most mums I coach say : Time is not their ownThey are tired of same thing every day - Groundhog Day!Their confidence is lost Some feel a little isolatedSlowing down is difficultWinter viruses have left them tired and lowThere is a lack of decent conversationWhen they do have a good time they feel guiltyThey would like to feel more appreciatedThey feel resentmentWorn outThey lack role models and extended family supportKids assume they are constantly at their service They want to take action however, even opening their diaries and getting organised can be an effort! Where to turn to? Pick up the phone. Call me. Let me guide you and hold your hand. Together we can make a difference. I offer a number of bespoke options for you and your child, depending on what you need. Being a parent is the hardest job in the world. Let me help you make it an easier one. I’ll teach you a set of 4 simple responses to create calm and encourage confidence in your children. Knowing these makes being a mum a heck of a lot less stressful. You’ll also learn how to teach children to tap into their natural resilience. We all have it. Help them find theirs. And given the pressures they now face, it’s only fair we do this for them. I will share techniques and strategies for success. Simple, effective, and easy to implement leaving your family members surprised by how powerful and relaxed you have become. Perhaps you have lost sight of who you wanted to be. When we are confident things are very clear. We develop values and stick to them. Our children know exactly where they stand and so do we. There is so much advice out there. Online support, books, from friends and family members. The advice is full of conflicting suggestion. No wonder it's confusing. I'm a mum to teenagers, experienced teacher, growing systems of success coach for families and mindfulness practitioner. Let's have a free 15 minute exploratory call, to see what you need right now.  If we decide to work together a 1.5 hour session costs £130, either at my consultation room in Guildford or whilst we walk and talk in nature. Most mums attend 4 sessions over a 6 month period and these cost £397.00. Jane Tyson07768 392686

Gong Bath: De-stress and Relax

Sound therapy is a unique type of experience. We all have busy lives, rushing from here to there, generally feeling there is never enough time to do everything. The intention behind our sessions is to give you a welcome break from feeling this way. Our sound experience is designed to give you a truly deep sense of relaxation. We hope you will feel as we do, and experience a beautiful tranquil feeling. Guests at our events report feeling much calmer after the sound experience.During our sound experience sessions, we use different instruments, such as rattles, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, gongs and others. We use a variety to help maximize the effects and also make the events more interesting and exciting for you! We aim to build a safe, comfortable yet magical atmosphere, and hope to offer you a friendly and inspirational place to relax or simply enjoy the power and beauty of sound! Each session is unique, variety adds another dimension, and as any musicians will know, playing instruments intuitively can often produce surprising and rewarding results. (Please see our Facebook page for reviews from past guests). https://www.facebook.com/pg/HolisticHealingTherapy/reviews/?ref=page_internalPlease find below the general outline for each event. We will start with 5min drumming and rattling, which is believed to help relieve stress and assists deep relaxation. We will then follow with a short 5 minute guided meditation, which will be accompanied by a crystal bowl. Please, be aware that doors will be locked at this point. We will then transition into the Earth Gong, which creates a wonderful uplifting feeling. The session ends with questions and comments; you can also speak with Gary and Olga about the instruments used and feel the sound vibrations directly. The gong and drum create very low-frequency sound waves, something the bodies sense of touch can feel, these are also the sound waves that offer profound relaxation and can work in a similar way to deep tissue massage within the body. Our sound sessions are dedicated to relaxation and relieving stress – for deeper relaxation, we recommend combining our yoga classes with this follow-up gong bath. You can find more information about our yoga classes on Eventbrite - we offer a cheaper package ticket for both sessions. You can also purchase a full day ticket including our special afternoon workshops. For more information, please visit our website http://www.holistichealingtherapy.co.uk or contact us directly.
