Do you have a 'Dress Code' at your business meetings?  As it is a business meeting you're attending, we have a dress code of Smart / Business Attire. We also have a 'No Jeans' Policy. or heslth and Safety reasons, we request attendees do not waear opened toed shoes.

Get an insider's view Come on a campus tour to get an insiders’ view of our Bognor Regis campus.  The tours last about an hour and are open to anybody thinking of studying here, and their guests - so you are very welcome to bring along family and friends. What to expect Campus tours are a great way to get a feel for University of Chichester.  Run regularly throughout the year in small groups, these tours are a perfect opportunity to find out more about living and studying at Chichester.  A member of our team will take you around the campus and show you our dynamic learning spaces, including the innovative social learning spaces and our refurbished Learning Resource Centres. Glow Group Antenatal Course


A four week program designed to provide you with a full antenatal education plus hypnobirthing techniques, to help you through labour to achieve a positive birth experience with an informal meetup at week 5.Set over 4 teaching sessions, the course encourages group interaction and discussion (without role playing or awkward games) through small group discussion and activities designed to stimulate thought and help parents make up their own minds regarding their decisions. Topics include: Hormones and the birth process Types of Birth and Places of Birth Interventions and Alternative Births Understanding how and why Hypnobirthing works Hypnobirthing techniques Comfort Measures and Pain Relief Birth Preferences Birth Aids and Positions After the Birth The Fourth Trimester After the course we meet again the following week for an informal Q&A session over coffee.  This is a chance for you to build relationships at the same time as asking anything else that we may not have covered on the course.  The location and time will be decided at the end of our first class.INCLUDED: Bespoke parent pack containing a choice of either The Hypnobirthing Book by Katherine Graves or The Positive Birth Book by Milli Hill,  with full course notes and additional resources provided by link to a shared drive. Colour & Calmness audio to practice hypnobirthing relaxations (sent when you book so you can start practicing immediately) Postnatal reunions  Support from me from the time of booking the course through to the first few weeks including an optional home visit or meet up with me after the birth; this can include additional questions, research and signposting. 15% discount on any future classes you may wish to take. Group classes: £100 per couple (mother plus birth partner).  Minimum of 2 couples and maximum of 6 couples per course.  Deposit £50 and payment plan available.Classes run approximately every three months and are suitable to join from 20 weeks onwards.

VAAC AGM & Networking Lunch with a talk from Julie Hodson, Coastal West Sussex CCG


We are pleased to invite you to our next Community Lunch to include Voluntary Action Arun & Chichester's Annual General Meeting. We hope you will take this opportunity to come and hear about our work and meet our staff. Following the business meeting there will be a presentation by Julie Hodson, Local Community Network Delivery Lead, Coastal West Sussex CCG. COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS Then over lunch we hope these conversations will continue and you will also be able to meet the VAAC team and talk to them about their work. They will be taking referrals for future appointments, training or support. We look forward to seeing you on the 17th July 2019. The 2018-2019 Annual Report will be presented at the meeting. SketchUp; Training for professionals Masterclass


A SketchUp Masterclass is a special day of training. There are a limited number of attendees and you are asked to bring a list of your aspirations/ problems and frustrations. Within the context of a group session you will be given a focussed 1-1 session which will try to resolve and advance your modelling skills. These sessions are typically about 1.5-2hrs each. You benefit from the experiences and solutions of other attendees. This class is suitable for those who have previous experience with SketchUp and have reached a stage where they require bespoke and project specific advice and solutions in order to improve and overcome obstacles.You need not be an expert user, but an understanding of the basics of good modelling and knowledge of the software will help you get the most from the time available.
