Healthy Coffee Morning - Deepings


Weekly information, motivation and support to help you change your habits for good. Come along for weekly informal presentations, recipes, handouts, sample smoothies, healthy treats, and tips and tricks for improving your diet, health and well being. The groups are about the information and the 'doing'. Sometimes we can have all the information but struggle to actually implement the new habits that will get you to where you want to be. The groups are run in a friendly and relaxed environment where you can ask questions and chat with other people also trying to improve their eating and live healthier lives. The Healthy Coffee Mornings will help you sort through all the conflicting advice, support you to make the changes and provide the motivation to keep you consistent and really make the difference for youself.

Do you like Mondays? If you do then come along. WHO Anyone who likes what they do. Instead of getting the Monday morning blues you get the Monday morning highs. Your least favourite pop tune should be "I don't like Mondays". WHY Why not? WHERE We meet at the right hand side of the main bar. WHEN We meet every Monday of course.
