Dr. Craig Castanet graduated from Palmer-West Chiropractic College in his home state of California in 1986. He started his professional chiropractic career at an orthopedic, physical medicine and physical therapy clinic in Decatur, GA in 1987. After 18 years experience there, he founded Backstrong Non Surgical Rehab Clinic in 2006. Our office is located at 2771 Lawrenceville Hwy #101, Decatur, GA 30033.
