Balanced Minds, established in 2012 by three Clinical Psychologists, is a UK-based organisation specialising in Compassion Focused Therapy. The team has grown to include 28 experienced therapists with diverse therapeutic backgrounds. Balanced Minds offers therapy, coaching, supervision, training workshops, consultation, and workplace wellbeing services, both in-person and remotely.
