Chris Ownbey is a husband of over 20 years and a father of two boys who are 24 years apart in age. He is also a proud grandfather to his granddaughter. He attended and graduated from Plano Senior High School and got his degree from the University of North Texas. He has also served as a member of the US Marine Corp before venturing into full time coaching.
