We provide personalized nutrition counseling primarily for women and adults, with older teens seen on a case-by-case basis. Our practice focuses on women’s health, including general healthy eating and wellness, gastrointestinal (GI) issues, hormone disturbances, perinatal nutrition, and eating disorder recovery. Sessions are client-centered and evidence-based, delivered both virtually and in-person, with practical strategies to support long-term health and well-being.
