I’m a Venezuelan/American Internal Medicine Physician with fellowship training in Integrative Medicine and certifications in Functional Medicine.
I grew up with an Italian father, Venezuelan mother and 4 siblings. We were a very active family that spent most of our time outdoors either playing sports or coaching. Growing up, I always made sure to incorporate fitness into my daily routine as it proved to be crucial for my physical health, but more importantly, for my mental health.
