I have been in the cleaning industry for nearly 10 years. I was an account manager (salesman) for a janitorial service company for many years. I was in literally hundreds of businesses all over the Bay Area giving quotes for janitorial service. Which would sometimes include carpet cleaning, strip and waxing floors, tile and grout cleaning and so on. I hated it. The biggest reason was quality control.
