Afshin Siman graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went to University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While a law student, he was an extern for the Honorable Ernest M. Hiroshige of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
