The Sankalpa Project acknowledges that we are visitors on the generous land on which we gather, live, learn, and work. For thousands of years, this has been and still is the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations, Anishinaabe Nation, Huron-Wendat and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. We are committed to the “Dish with one Spoon” treaty which reminds us of peace, friendship, and respect for Mother Earth, all creatures, and embrace our responsibility of putting action towards.
