It was refreshing to visit the United Airlines Ontario Office last week, I must say. After a flight was canceled, I was having trouble rebooking, so I made the decision to come in person. The employees, particularly Lisa at the front desk, were very courteous and composed. She explained my options, guided me in avoiding additional costs, and even offered advice on how to get a better seat. The lengthy phone wait times were a major relief. You just need that in-person interaction sometimes. Visit worth it!
