Waid Cressy founded Cressy Door Company in 1952. Mr. Cressy hired one employee and put his dream in motion, to provide the best quality garage door products and exceptional service to Seattle area residents. In 1974 Mr. Cressy sold the business to Fred Witters who carried on the Cressy Door Legacy. After 20 years of successfully operating and growing the business, Fred Witters sold the company to his son, Rick Witters in 1994. Since then, Rick has grown Cressy Door Company to over 60 employees. They currently specialize in sales and service of all types of commercial and residential overhead doors. Cressy also specializes in fireplace sales and service, aluminum storefront sales and service, high speed doors sales and service.
