Durbanville Psychologist Lydia Batchelor

I conduct psychotherapy to assist individuals with alleviating and containing their distress and helping them to optimise their level of functioning. I work from a supportive base offering containment to those experiencing distress or just going through a difficult time. I see adults, adolescents as well as children. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, confidential space for clients in which they can work through their internal as well as interpersonal conflicts and struggles.
