INTRODUCTUION
Thokampe High School, an institution of teaching and learning that caters for educational needs of learners from grade 8 to grade 12 in Taaibosch Groet village - Blouberg Municipality, Bahananwa Circuit, has suffered severe damage following a rainstorm that hit the village on the morning of Friday, 28 October 2011.
