About Us

Owned by a former NYC firefighter, Mike, who puts a lot of extra-virgin olive oil in the dough & then brushes it on the crust, & spends 4 hours creating his sauce, with yet more oil. The end result is a very full bodied pizza, but not very diet friendly - As Mike likes to say, "I use the best whole milk mozzarella because cows don't make skim milk". nAs for prices, they are also the best.
