A panoramic road on the Gulf of Naples and Salerno leads to the restaurant Don Alfonso where family tradition is at the service of a brilliant cuisine, centred around vegetables and oil which are produced on the premises: «espadon aux pois chiches et au thym», «rougets au romarin et au concombre», «pâtes aux clovisses et courgettes». Everything deserves mention. Built into rock, the cellar has a remarkable selection of the world’s wines.
