About Us

Formally known as "The Bacon Mansion", co-owner and chef Rhonda Bloch has partnered with Cheryl Bainbridge of the rural Lowell bed and breakfast named Thyme for Bed. Established in a large Victorian home within the historic downtown district. The mansion was built by Dr. E. R. Bacon in 1860 after he settled in Lowell following the Civil War according to Melanie C Sepiga of the Northwest Indiana News.
