Fundamentals Europe, founded in 1997 by Jane Waters and Catherine Carr, is based in South Wales, with associates operating across Europe.We offer support to any organisation which wishes to access funding to enable implemention of innovative projects.We work with clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors across the European Union offering the full range of services from project concepts to successful implementation and completion.
