We are now OPEN! Located off of New Mark Drive, in the same strip as Sun Fresh. We are a 30 minute kickbox fitness workout, with NO CLASS TIMES. A new round is every 3 minutes, so you come in when it's convenient for YOU! This full body workout changes every day, so that you don't get bored, and continue to get results!
