Lower Back Pain and sciatica are extremely common, but I focus on persistent pain. Why only persistent? Because if this is only the first or second time you’ve had back pain or you’ve only had it for a week, it’ll probably clear up on its own. But it’ll almost certainly happen again (60% of them do). Once you realise that a quick fix isn’t likely, and you’re keen to play an active role in your recovery, then – and only then – will I see you.
