At BODYFIRM Studios we welcome clients of all ages and levels of physical ability – we offer a wealth of Pilates & Fitness classes that take you from Introduction through to Advanced on both Mat and Reformer / Tower. Expect to move from the very start, as your instructor will take you through a series of movements/exercises, designed to restore postural alignment, balance and tone in your body.
