New Life Counselling specialises in three areas - substance abuse (alcohol nicotine and cannabis), addictions of any kind and depression which most commonly comes to surface in form of anger. I use mostly cognitive behavioural therapy and SFT – and solution focused therapy. By appointment only services Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm. Late appointments are available as well until 8pm.
