The Meditation Space is open to anyone who wants to learn the practise meditation or yoga. The Meditation Space is not affiliated with any organisation. Our qualified teachers aim to share the benefits they have personally recieved through regular meditation and yoga practice . The classes are small and personalised and draw from a range of techniques and traditions.
