Y A Khanbhai & Sons Ltd

At the corner of Independence Avenue and Tower Street, there is a famous historic building of Abdulhusein Khanbhai and family home his son Yusufali Simba Khanbhai. It was built in 1890. It has very thick walls made of sea cora and local limestone, Arab style carved main doors, Indian style carved wooden balconies and classic pillars with a baraza.
