I am a master personal trainer that is located in the heart of the Northern Beaches, Sydney. I am a driven and motivated trainer that is truly passionate about health and fitness. My passion has come from my background in State Swimming, Regional Athletics, Rep Netball and Cross Country. I was always active growing up and passionate about achieving my goals and dreams, and I truly believe it has made me the person I am today.
