AXIA Taverna, opened in October 2006, is a 120-seat multi-level restaurant featuring a Greek menu. Executive Chef Alexander Gorant, together with hellenic cookbook author Diane Kochilas, has modernized the typical suburban — and typical Greek — dining experience.
