The Blue Stone Bar and Grill is the project of Doug Gruen, chef/owner and his wife Nancy, proprietor. The Blue Stone opened its doors in August of 2005, deriving the name from the actual bar inside, which boasts a blue stone surface. Visitors enjoy entrees, an array of martinis and mixed drinks, and live music. Located on 110 Aurora Street in Ithaca, NY bordering the Ithaca Commons.
