The official history of the restaurant:nButch's Italian Cafe is owned and operated by Butch Zurbriggen. Butch has owned the restaurant for 8 years, but his roots here stretch much further. Butch began working in this very building in 1969, when it was Joseppi's restaurant, and he was only 13 years old.
